  • Student Updates: Students were given multiple hand outs last week. Please ensure these details are thoroughly checked and include contact information for anyone that may pick up your children on your behalf. We in the office, cannot release your child to someone not on the contact list. Office Hours for 2021: 8:30am to 3:30pm.
  • Late arrivals/early departures: If your child arrives at school after 9:15am they are to sign in at the school office and staff will issue a late note which is to be given to the classroom teacher. If a student needs to be collected for any reason during school hours, parents are asked to come to the school office and sign their child out before collecting them from the classroom. Parents will be issued with an absentee slip to indicate to teachers that this procedure has been followed.
  • Absentees: Parents are requested to phone the school office prior to 9:30am on 9257 4600 or submit an online absence form (via school website or using ‘Connect’ via a web browser – home page/send absentee note). If your child is ill, please don’t send them to school as they feel miserable, become distressed and they may also infect others.
  • Ukulele: Students in Years 4 and 5 will be learning to play the Ukulele in their Music class this year.  This item was included on the Campion booklist and we have been provided with a list of those parents who have already paid.  Parents are still able to order through the school until Friday 19 February after which the school will place a bulk order for these instruments.  After this date parents will need to source their own.

The next assembly will take place on Friday 26 February at 8:50am, our hosts will be Room 8. Parents of Room 8 and honour certificate recipients are invited to join us in the Keene Undercover Area.
